Sleep is very important. This presentation will explore why that is, what can go wrong, and what to do about it. Join us for a sleep health presentation as part of the Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series at the Webster Library. Daniel Barone, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Weill Cornell Medicine and sees patients primarily at the Weill Cornell Medical College Center for Sleep Medicine. He specializes in the evaluation and management of patients with all forms of sleep disorders including sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, insomnia and narcolepsy. Dr. Barone is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Neurology and Sleep Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Barone's first book, “Let’s Talk About Sleep,” was published in January 2018.
