Join us for a virtual discussion on the differences between prediabetes, type 1 and type 2 diabetes during the Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series with the Kips Bay Library. Learn how to lower your risk of developing prediabetes and diabetes as well as important ways to manage diabetes once diagnosed. Meal planning, physical activity, glucose monitoring and diabetes medications will be discussed to help you live well with prediabetes and diabetes.
