REGISTRATION REQUIRED Virtual Event Stress management are the tools, strategies, or techniques that reduce stress and reduce the negative impacts stress has on your mental or physical well-being. While it may seem like there is nothing you can do about stress, there are steps you can take to mange stress and regain control. Learning to manage stress in a healthy way will help you and your loved ones become more resilient. Join us for a discussion to learn more about stress management and ways to cope with stress during the Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series in partnership with the Kips Bay Library. Paul McCormick, MD is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. McCormick is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine after completing his adult psychiatry residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medicine, where he served as chief resident. Dr. McCormick then pursued a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry, where he served as chief fellow of the Westchester Behavioral Health Center Campus. Dr. McCormick is a member of the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP).
